Im having this same problem and I don't get why that is because on your site it says Instent Download.

How can it be a Instent Download when we need to wait to get our client infomation?

Well must be something wrong with emeeting website then, i click submit ticket and it said sorry you don't have any more support please upgrade, but in end i contact emeeting by the sales part and spoke to jim who replies quick and solved the issue.
